On this assignment, we were told to create a story in 15 shots and narrate it. Using specific types of shots to illustrate our ideas and develop tone.
I chose to tell the love story of a marker and a pen, that were part of 2 different friend groups and they met because they had a class together. Which led them to get to know each other better and ended up together, even though their friend groups were an obstacle because they didn't like their relationship, at the end they support them and the both groups and became a big friend group.
I think I did a good job with the shots because I felt that they were the right ones for each scene but I could've done better at taking the pictures. My favorite shot is the extreme long shot and medium shot. It made it easy to show the setting and for them to understand the whole situation. However, I could've done a better job with the low and high angle shots and the very last one I took by showing more from down to up because in some situations it looked different than what it might supposed look like. This would have not only made the setting better but would have shown a better view and would've looked more organized and understandable.
